What we collect

When you take the Booked & Busy™ Agent Challenge we collect your first and last name, your state, how long you've been licensed, whether you work full-time or part-time, whether you work solo or on a team, the number of transactions you closed in the last 12 months, an approximate income range, and your answers to the 24 questions. After you finish, we ask for your email address. You can also upload a headshot, which is optional.

Why we collect it

Your answers produce your score. Your production numbers let us show you how your year compares to published national figures. Your email is how we deliver your results and, if you choose it, growth tips and updates. We ask for marketing consent separately, it's never pre-checked, and declining it doesn't change your results.

How your assessment data is used

Your individual answers are used to calculate your own score and recommendations. They are also counted, in aggregate and without anything that identifies you, to build the peer benchmark described below.

How benchmarking works

There are two comparisons on your results page and they work differently.

The first compares your transactions and income against published figures from the National Association of REALTORS® Member Profile. Those figures are self-reported by NAR members and do not represent every licensed agent. The source and survey year appear on your results. We are not affiliated with NAR and nothing here is endorsed by them.

The second compares your score against other people who have taken this Challenge and reported a similar transaction volume. It is calculated from aggregate counts only, it never exposes another participant, and it only appears once enough people in your group have finished. It is a comparison against participants, not a ranking among all real estate agents, and it is not a certification, an accreditation, or an industry credential.

How headshots are used

If you upload a headshot, it is stored privately and used only to build the score card graphic you download. It is never published by us, never shown to other participants, and never used in advertising. You choose whether to include it, and you can skip it entirely and still get everything else.

Your contact information is not public

Your name, email, and photo are never displayed publicly and are never sold. If you give marketing consent, your details are added to our email system so we can send you the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Deleting your data

Email jemila@jemilawinsey.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your data. We'll remove your profile, your answers, your score, and your headshot. Aggregate counts that already contributed to the benchmark can't be traced back to you and stay in the totals.
