What this is

The Booked & Busy™ Agent Challenge is a free self-assessment. You answer 24 questions about how you run your real estate business and get a score, a breakdown across six areas, and suggestions for what to work on next.

What it isn't

Your score is not a certification, an accreditation, a license, or an industry credential. It doesn't rank you among all real estate agents. It reflects the answers you gave, and those answers are self-reported, so the score is only as accurate as the honesty behind it.

Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here guarantees a result. What you earn depends on your market, your effort, and a lot of things outside anyone's control.

Using it fairly

Take the Challenge for yourself, as many times as you like. Don't submit automated or bulk entries, and don't try to interfere with the site or with other people's results. We may remove entries that look automated, since they distort the benchmark for everyone else.

Your score card

The graphic you download is yours. Share it anywhere you like. The Booked & Busy name, logo, and the BOOKED Method remain the property of Jemila Winsey.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Challenge changes, and the date at the top will tell you when. Questions go to jemila@jemilawinsey.com.
